Design Consultation
My initial consultation will be to understand your current and aspirational goals, as well as your core values and style. I will produce a proposal that is tailored to your individual needs. This will encompass a trend forecast and market overview which will be attuned to your price points, margins, commercial deadlines and stock requirements.
I can create one-off pieces as well as design more comprehensive capsule collections ranging from statement fashion forward pieces to to timeless future classics and core sellers.
My samples will be presented to you with costings and production lead times as well as fabric composition, sourcing and sustainability credentials.
I work with top stylists and can advise and design for catwalk, look books and events.
Production
I have been working with the worlds best hat producers and suppliers of raw materials for twenty years, and have chosen to collaborate and represent a handful of outstanding craftsmen and traditional factories.
With my extensive knowledge of manufacturing techniques and fabrics I am ideally placed to support a buying team and help them to create a range of entirely unique products that they would like to offer and do not find at trade fairs. An own label collection does not just complement other products but allows buyers to set their own margins and delivery times. The value of a product is defined by the quality and finish of its raw materials. I am able to source the very best. I can manage all aspects of production, overseeing quality-control, and ensuring that all commercial deadlines are met.
My aim is to build trusted long term partnerships with my clients and suppliers. I make hats that are an investment in style and quality.
Events & Sales
I have a wealth of experience in client management and customer relations. I have worked closely with top personal shoppers, stylists and designers and can offer unparalleled levels of service and advice. I have experience in organising outside shows and events like Goodwood Revival, The Lord Mayor’s Show and London Fashion Week for Lock & Co.
I can manage all aspects of an event from hat design and styling advice for catwalk shows to stand merchandising and leading the sales team. I would love to support your project.
